About The Artist

"I am able to bring you creative ideas in different styles and designs. So do not question me when I am talking to myself. It's only me yelling at the styles to stop arguing amongst each other." - Jamie Porazinski 2010

Jamie grew up in central Tampa, Florida. At a young age, she had shown talent in the creative arts involving not only drawing, but music as well. She discovered her path into the character concept field when she was in middle school and was encouraged by family and friends. Large influences in her life mainly focused around three people that had nothing to do with the field; Roney Rodriguez, Jules Cult, and her mother Mida Porazinski. Without this people she believes she would have never gone through with her passion.

Starting out with influences of Akira Toriyama, Hayao Miyazaki, Tim Burton, Walt Disney and many others, she pushed her abilities to make her own unique characters. One character that she had created when she was 10 years old, she holds dear to her heart. Gomon Sun or Ziencora, is a character that represents a part of Jamie. Gomon is an expression of what the artist is in the art world. The character's story and personality represents her life; as the artist grows, so does the character.
